How Do You Install Artificial Turf?
Most turf installations are a routine process, varying depending on the environment and conditions in which the turf is installed. Typically this starts with excavation of soil, followed by installing a drainable rock. The rock is then tamped, where the turf is laid out and cut accordingly. Occasionally foam padding is used over the rock for safety purposes. Seam tape is laid out under the area in which two pieces of turf connect, and slathered with an adhesive to bond the turf in place. After the adhesive dries, EnviroFill is applied and brushed in deep to fill the turf. This causes the blades of synthetic grass to stand up, giving the turf a realistic look and feel.
